Teck Seng was very patient with the class as there were people of different skill levels. He handles the constant questions and interrupts really well so as not to affect the pace of the class. The examples given where very helpful and all were from his years of experience in the website creation field. All questions were answered and every successfully completed the course. Thank you Equinet and keep up the good work!
[Student Support] was very proactive right from the time I enrolled. Detailed instructions were provided how to apply for SkillsFuture grant which made it easy to submit a claim. A week before the course a reminder email was sent, followed by an SMS closer to date. Michelle was very responsive and helpful to my queries, even after the course had commenced. It was very nice of Equinet to send us a recording of the class after the course ended!
[Facilities] Classroom was bright, airy (a little cold, which Michelle had warned us) with plenty of power points for our laptops. Projector and whiteboard were our main learning platforms and these were maintained well. Outside of the classroom there was a small breakout area which facilitated networking and discussion among fellow learners. Best feature was a well-stocked pantry with biscuits, snacks, chocolates, candy and tea- and coffee-making facilities. It was very thoughtful of Equinet to include the pantry since some of us got hungry before class and in the afternoon!
[Trainer] Equinet employs trainers who are industry leaders and subject matter experts, most of whom own their own companies dealing with the subject they teach. This assures learners that the information provided is current and technology used is up-to-date. Our charismatic trainer Razy Shah is an outgoing personality of celebrity proportions who is well-versed in Email Marketing and answers all our queries patiently with ease and in detail. He converted me into a believer and practitioner within these two days!
[Follow Up] Equinet is the only training provider I know who is invested in their learners. Through a programme of follow-up touchpoints, learners are assured that even some time after their class has ended, they have a lifeline to review the material and ask further questions (read details in the Equinet website)
I thoroughly enjoyed my two-day Email Marketing course and would recommend anyone seeking to pick up digital marketing to consider Equinet Academy!
Subsequently, I continue to attend courses from equinet on digital marketing, SEO, GA to e commence and others.
They have experience hand on trainers, practical hands on practices, and good online e-resources to relies on... I have since move on to creating my own websites, doing my own SEO, tracking on GA and move on to YouTube with what I have learn.
