The trainer is the difference
Generic training academies
Trainers whose last client engagement was years ago. They teach frameworks that worked then, not what is working now across live campaigns and current platforms.
Consulting firms
Senior advisors pitch the engagement. Junior staff deliver it. You meet the expert once, during the sales meeting. The room gets someone else on the day.
Equinet
Every trainer has an active client base. They bring live examples, current platform changes, and real campaign data into every session, because they were running campaigns last week.
Our standard
Before any trainer joins the Equinet faculty, they are assessed against four non-negotiable criteria. This applies to every discipline, every programme.
Currently working with clients in their discipline, not retired from the field. Equinet trainers bring live examples because they are live in the work.
Every trainer holds the WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance. They know how adults learn — not just how to present content at the front of a room.
Demonstrated results across multiple clients and industries before being invited to teach. We do not use the classroom as a place to build a portfolio.
Available for follow-up support, Ask Me Anything sessions, and refresher classes for three years after every course. The relationship does not end on the last day.
