This course is designed for ecommerce professionals refining and scaling their strategic capabilities, entrepreneurs and business owners expanding their online stores regionally or globally, digital marketers seeking advanced knowledge in ecommerce analytics and optimisation, and freelancers or consultants delivering comprehensive ecommerce solutions to clients.
Some foundational knowledge is recommended: basic familiarity with business strategy and operations, experience running an ecommerce store for at least one to two years, basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, and comfort with analytics tools and ecommerce platforms at a user level.
The course runs in a single full day from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm with a one-hour lunch break. Instructional sessions run from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The assessment block runs from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
Advanced ecommerce strategy and competitive positioning, customer segmentation and lifetime value analysis, cross-channel campaign design and optimisation, A/B and multivariate testing, attribution modelling, funnel analysis, global expansion strategies including localisation and cross-border logistics, regulatory compliance across markets, and continuous improvement frameworks.
The assessment has two components. A1 is a 45-minute open-book written assessment covering all three LOs through a structured business scenario with five questions. A2 is an individual project presentation of approximately 3 minutes per learner. Both components are administered within the 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm assessment block.
A Certificate of Completion by Equinet Academy will be awarded to candidates who demonstrate competency across both assessment components and achieve at least 75% attendance.
