1.1 The survey is open to all alumni who have completed at least one course at Equinet Academy.
1.2 Participants must be aged 18 and above at the time of submission.
1.3 Multiple survey submission per participant is permitted.
2.1 Participants may submit written responses, photos, video testimonials, LinkedIn profile details, or case studies.
2.2 All information submitted must be accurate, authentic, and based on the participant’s real experiences.
2.3 Participants must ensure that all uploaded content (images, video, text, metrics) is owned by them and does not infringe on any third-party rights.

4.1 The following prizes will be awarded to the top submissions:
4.2 Selected alumni will receive one-time usage of S$1,000 course credits applicable to any course offered by Equinet Academy.
4.3 All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other items.
4.4 Course credits must be used within 12 months from the date of issuance and apply only to public courses conducted by Equinet Academy. Any government-related funding cannot be claimed when using course credits.
4.5 Contest end date: 31 December 2026.
5.1 Winners will be notified via email using the contact information provided in the survey.
5.2 Winners must respond within seven (7) calendar days of receiving the notification. If no response is received, Equinet Academy reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
5.3 Equinet Academy reserves the right to conduct identity verification, including confirming LinkedIn profile details, where necessary.
6.1 By participating in the survey, entrants grant Equinet Academy the right to use their submitted content—including written testimonials, photos, videos, LinkedIn profile photos, business results, and case study details—for:

7.1 All personal data submitted will be handled in accordance with Equinet Academy’s Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore.
7.2 Collected information will be used solely for survey evaluation, internal analysis, marketing (where consent is provided), and prize fulfilment.
8.1 Equinet Academy reserves the right to amend, extend, suspend, or terminate the survey or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice and without obligation to compensate participants.
8.2 All decisions made by Equinet Academy regarding prize selection, eligibility, and interpretation of these terms are final.
