Trainer's Bio

Photography started for me as more than just a hobby, it was a way of seeing, feeling, and making sense of the world. I was fascinated by how one image could hold emotion, memory, energy, and meaning all at once. Over time, that fascination grew into a career, and eventually into a calling that shaped not only the work I do, but the way I think, lead, and connect with people.

My journey has not been a straight line. Like many creatives, I learned through experience, by taking on shoots, making mistakes, solving problems, and constantly refining my eye and approach. I worked across different areas of photography and media production, from portraits and events to branding, fashion, corporate visuals, and video storytelling. Every project challenged me in a different way, and each one helped me grow not just as an image-maker, but as a communicator and creative professional.

As my career developed, I founded Oscuro Studio, which became a platform for me to bring together creativity, storytelling, and production. Through running the studio, I stepped into larger responsibilities, leading projects, managing clients, directing shoots, mentoring team members, and building a standard of work that reflects both artistry and professionalism. That process taught me that photography is not only about taking good pictures; it is about creating trust, making people feel seen, and translating vision into something real and impactful.

One of the most meaningful parts of my journey has been guiding others. Whether working with assistants, interns, or junior creatives, I found myself naturally stepping into a teaching role, helping them understand not only the technical “how,” but also the deeper “why” behind photography. I enjoy breaking things down in a practical and relatable way, especially for learners who want to connect creative passion with real industry application. To me, teaching is not about showing off knowledge; it is about helping someone build confidence, clarity, and a stronger sense of purpose in their craft.

Today, I bring together years of real-world experience in photography, videography, production, and creative leadership. My story is one of passion turned into profession, and profession shaped into a platform for growth, mentorship, and impact. As a trainer, I hope to pass on not just skills, but perspective helping others see photography not only as a technical craft, but as a meaningful tool for storytelling, expression, and professional growth.
