Dale Peh is a senior Transformation consultant, trainer, and practitioner with over 15 years of experience across organisation transformation, data analytics, and applied artificial intelligence.
He specialises in helping professionals and organisations translate emerging technologies, particularly Agentic AI, into practical, ethical, and commercially viable applications. His work spans workforce transformation, AI-enabled decision support, agentic AI systems, and data-driven strategy, with a strong emphasis on real-world implementation rather than theoretical adoption.
Dale has designed and delivered hands-on training programmes, executive workshops, and applied labs for professionals across multiple industries, including manufacturing, services, and professional education. His training approach combines clear frameworks, practical demonstrations, and critical thinking, enabling learners to move beyond tool usage into sound judgment and responsible deployment.
