The Certified AI-Enabled Digital Marketer (CADM) programme is a structured three-module pathway designed for marketing professionals, business owners, and career switchers who want to build genuine digital marketing capability from foundations through to integrated strategy, with AI fluency embedded throughout.

Most digital marketing training either stays too conceptual or focuses narrowly on one channel or tool. The CADM programme takes a different approach: each module builds directly on the previous one, so that by the time learners reach the final module they are not starting from scratch with strategy frameworks, they are applying channel knowledge and AI proficiency they have already developed and practised.

Module 1 builds the foundation: digital channels, funnels, customer personas, and strategy basics. Module 2 advances that foundation with hands-on AI tool proficiency across content, advertising, email marketing, user experience, and analytics.

Module 3 pulls everything together: learners begin with a structured digital marketing audit and market research process covering customer personas, competitive benchmarking, and SWOT analysis, then develop strategic-level channel plans across digital advertising, social media, SEO, content marketing, and email.

Plans are validated through AI cross-validation using Claude and a structured peer review, pitched in a role-play format, and culminate in a complete integrated digital marketing strategic plan with SMART KPIs, budget allocation rationale, and a GA4 measurement framework.

By the end of the programme, every learner will have produced a complete integrated digital marketing strategic plan for a real or simulated business, with channel strategies, AI-enhanced workflows, budget allocation rationale, KPI frameworks, and a measurement plan ready for stakeholder presentation.

Certification Pathway

Participants who complete all three modules and pass the required assessments will be awarded the Certified AI-Enabled Digital Marketer (CADM) certificate issued by Equinet Academy. Modules 1 and 2 also carry their own WSQ Statement of Attainment issued by SkillsFuture Singapore upon demonstrated competency.

Total Duration: 3 Modules / 5 Days / 40 Classroom Hours

Each module can also be taken as a standalone course independently of the full programme certification. Modules 1 and 2 each carry their own WSQ Statement of Attainment when taken individually. Module 3 is a Non-WSQ course and carries an Equinet Academy Certificate of Completion. Learners who have already completed one or more modules may count those toward the full CADM certification by completing the remaining module or modules.

Candidates who complete each module with at least 75% attendance and demonstrate competency in all assessments will receive the corresponding award for that module. Candidates who complete all three modules will receive the Certified AI-Enabled Digital Marketer certificate from Equinet Academy.

Module 1 is designed for beginners with no prior digital marketing experience. Basic computer skills and the ability to read and converse in English are the only requirements. Module 3 requires prior completion of Module 1. Module 2 has no specific prerequisite and may be taken independently.

Yes. Each module is available as a standalone course and carries its own assessment and certification. Module 1 and Module 2 each lead to a WSQ Statement of Attainment independently. The Certified AI-Enabled Digital Marketer certificate is awarded only on completion of all three modules.

Modules 1 and 2 are WSQ-accredited and eligible for SkillsFuture funding support. Eligible Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents may claim subsidies and use SkillsFuture Credit to further offset fees. Module 3 is a Non-WSQ CASL course and is not eligible for SSG subsidies. Module 3 requires completion of Module 1 before attending. Module 2 does not have specific prerequisites and may be taken independently or alongside Module 3. Completion of Module 1 provides the digital channel and funnel foundation that Module 3 builds on directly. Learners with equivalent prior training from other accredited programmes may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Module 1 introduces ChatGPT and DALL-E 2 at a foundational level. Module 2 develops hands-on proficiency across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, HeyGen, Kling AI, Suno AI, Gamma, NotebookLM, and a range of other specialised AI production and analytics tools. Module 3 applies the AI tools from Module 2 as strategy accelerators throughout the planning process, including using Claude for AI cross-validation of digital marketing plans to surface assumptions and budget gaps before implementation. No AI tools are taught from scratch in Module 3.

You will be able to develop an integrated digital marketing strategic plan covering all major digital channels, apply AI tools professionally across content, advertising, email, and analytics, configure GA4 and build a measurement plan connected to business objectives, and present a complete strategy to business stakeholders. Most learners apply the integrated plan they develop in Module 3 directly to their own business or employer.
