Trainer's Bio
Loh Wei brings a rare combination of professional expertise, personal experience, and a practical, compassionate approach to mindfulness training. His journey began while navigating the intense pressures of running a business and supporting a loved one through serious illness, an experience that led him to dedicate his work to helping others build resilience under pressure.
A Chartered Accountant of Singapore, Loh Wei’s background includes roles as a Big 4 auditor, built an accounting firm he later sold, and Finance Director of a registered charity. These experiences give him firsthand understanding of the demands faced by high-performing professionals and leaders. He is a qualified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher, having completed rigorous 18-month training with the University of California San Diego. Over the past eight years, he has delivered mindfulness programmes to corporate teams, non-profits, and educational groups.
Loh Wei creates focused, inclusive learning environments that help participants develop practical self-regulation skills and sustainable performance habits. His trauma-informed approach, shaped by over 15 silent meditation retreats, allows him to guide participants with clarity and care, particularly those operating under high stress. Sessions are interactive and experiential, combining guided practices, reflective exercises, and body-based awareness to strengthen focus, emotional balance, and resilience at work and beyond.
In addition to group programmes, he provides one-on-one coaching for senior professionals and leaders seeking practical tools to sustain high performance and prevent burnout.
