Think analytically. Communicate clearly. Influence decisions.
Data is everywhere. Insight is not. Most organisations collect more data than they can process, and most of what gets processed never makes it into a decision. Reports get filed. Dashboards get ignored. The real problem is not the volume of data. It is the absence of a structured analytical capability to make sense of it and communicate it in a way that moves people.
The Certified AI-Enabled Data Analyst programme is designed to build that capability from the ground up. Across five integrated modules, you will develop the skills to frame business problems analytically, interpret data correctly, build professional dashboards, and present findings in a way that actually influences executive decisions.
This is not a tool training course. Learning Power BI or Tableau is part of it, but the deeper goal is to develop your thinking about data. Specifically, you will learn to:
Modules can be taken individually or completed as a full certification track.
Across five modules, you will build a complete analytical toolkit, from foundational data literacy through to advanced visualisation and executive communication. Specifically, you will learn:
Each module includes hands-on practical sessions, a written case study assessment and an individual project presentation.
Completing this programme gives you a structured analytical capability that goes well beyond knowing how to use a tool. You will be able to:
You leave with demonstrated analytical capability, not just spreadsheet familiarity.
This programme is designed for professionals who work with data in a business context and want to do it more rigorously and more credibly.
If you want to influence decisions using structured data insight, this programme is built for you.
No programming background is required. Participants should:
Most data courses do one of two things: they teach you how to use a tool, or they go deep into statistics and lose the business context entirely. Neither produces analysts who can sit in a room with executives and drive decisions with data.
This programme integrates business analytics foundations, AI-assisted workflows, structured data storytelling and executive communication discipline into a single coherent pathway. You are not just learning to build dashboards. You are learning to think analytically, validate your findings, and present them in a way that holds up under scrutiny.
What specifically sets this apart:
| Typical Data Workshop |

Participants who complete all five modules and pass the required assessments will be awarded the Certified AI-Enabled Data Analyst certification.
Total Duration: 9 Days / 72 Classroom Hours
This credential validates structured competency in business analytics, AI-assisted analysis, professional dashboard development and executive data communication. Individual modules can also be completed for module-level certificates, or platform-specific modules taken independently for those with targeted learning goals.
The programme comprises five modules. Each module runs for 2 days (16 classroom hours) and includes practical exercises, a written case study assessment and an individual project presentation. Modules can be taken individually or as a full certification track.
Build the analytical foundations that everything else depends on. You will learn to explore and interpret datasets, apply statistical techniques to business problems, identify where analytics creates organisational value, use AI tools to assist data exploration, and frame structured business hypotheses before any analysis begins.
Translate business questions into analytical investigations. You will learn to configure data models, interpret what patterns actually mean for the business, run structured analytical studies, evaluate data science project outcomes critically, and make data-driven recommendations that are defensible under scrutiny.
Build interactive dashboards that executives actually use. You will learn to develop data models in Power BI, create dashboards aligned to business KPIs, integrate AI-enhanced features into your analysis, monitor performance indicators over time, and structure reports that serve executive decision-making needs.
Design advanced visual intelligence systems in Tableau. You will learn to select the right visualisation for each analytical question, build dynamic and interactive dashboards, present both internal performance data and external benchmarks, incorporate interactive features for exploratory analysis, and communicate data limitations responsibly.
Turn rigorous analysis into persuasive insight. You will learn to develop data storyboards, align findings to stakeholder priorities, build structured analytical narratives, evaluate the effectiveness of your visual presentation, and present conclusions confidently to senior audiences.
