Kenneth Li Jun Hui is an entrepreneur, crowdfunding trainer, and Chief Executive Officer of Scube Gift Pte Ltd and Swanz Pte Ltd, with over a decade of hands-on experience launching, scaling, and commercialising consumer products through crowdfunding and international markets. He is a dedicated lecturer at Tetr Business School and a business trainer for crowdfunding programmes, combining academic teaching with real-world entrepreneurial execution. He is also the founder of Swanz, a porcelain household brand built through product innovation, brand development, and sustainable growth.
Kenneth has led and executed crowdfunding campaigns across Taiwan, Hong Kong, and the United States, with direct involvement in product design, patent development, campaign positioning, and go-to-market strategy. His experience includes Amazon US operations and post-campaign scaling across e-commerce and retail channels.
As CEO, he oversees regional operations across Singapore, Taiwan, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Indonesia, and China, managing product development, supply chain operations, and both online and offline sales strategies. He leads multicultural teams, implements standard operating procedures, and directs global marketing and sales execution.
Kenneth delivers crowdfunding and entrepreneurship masterclasses grounded in practical execution, focusing on product-market fit, campaign strategy, and commercial scalability. His client portfolio includes international consumer brands such as Henson Shaving, One Blade Razor, Bach Flower, Swiss Bags, OKKO Pearl Japan, Nutri Enzyme Japan, and multiple retail and e-commerce businesses.
In addition, Kenneth serves as a Board Director at C3 Multi-commodities Private Limited and as Brand Director at SearchingC Singapore Pte Ltd. He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy with a Minor in Entrepreneurship from Nanyang Technological University, and a Diploma in Biotechnology from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
