Through a hands-on approach, learners will define problems using user research, generate innovative ideas collaboratively, and develop prototypes to test and validate solutions. They will also learn strategies to implement design thinking across organisational functions, evaluate the impact of ideas, and present outcomes effectively to stakeholders.

Certification

A SkillsFuture WSQ Statement of Attainment (SOA) – Design Thinking Practice under the Skills Framework TSC and Certification of Completion by Equinet Academy will be awarded to candidates who have demonstrated competency in the Design Thinking course assessment and achieved at least 75% attendance.
