  • Self-Assessment: Participants complete a quick self-assessment to identify their primary and secondary conflict styles.
  • Strengths & Weaknesses: Discussion on the advantages and disadvantages of each style in different situations.
  • Group Activity: Paired Discussion – “How My Style Impacts Others”: Participants discuss how their preferred conflict style might be perceived by colleagues and how it influences outcomes.

  • Group Activity: draft a resolution plan using the framework. Must include:
    • Strategies (collaboration, mediation, negotiation, etc.)

    • Short-term & long-term actions
    • Metrics for success (trust, engagement, productivity)
