Certification

Fundamental principles of change management and its importance in organizational success. (Kurt Lewin’s 3 steps change model theory)
Understanding the ADKAR model and how this model can limit resistance to organizational change.
What is Kubler Ross’ Change curves and the emotional responses that accompany them to aid in better management of the change process.

Exploring the techniques and strategies to use for conflicts resolutions – Avoiding, Competing, Accommodating, Compromising and Collaboration.
Self-Assessment: Participants complete a quick self-assessment to identify their primary and secondary conflict styles.
Strengths & Weaknesses: Discussion on the advantages and disadvantages of each style in different situations. Group Activity:Paired Discussion – “How My Style Impacts Others”: Participants discuss how their preferred conflict style might be perceived by colleagues and how it influences outcomes.
