Natalia Lukito is a former counsellor with over eight years of experience in child and adult psychology, educational support, and mental health therapy. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (First-Class Honours) from the University of Queensland and a Master’s in Counselling from Monash University, alongside advanced certifications in schema therapy, a specialised approach that addresses lifelong emotional patterns shaped by childhood experiences.
Natalia’s expertise spans therapeutic practice, training, and curriculum design. She has provided mental health support to more than 500 clients, empowering individuals to overcome emotional challenges and build fulfilling lives. Her professional background also includes designing and delivering mental health workshops for educational institutions and corporate teams.
Her personal journey as a mother of two enriches her approach to parenting education, blending research-backed insights with real-life experience. Having lived in four countries, Natalia also integrates the best of both Eastern and Western parenting practices into her training, fostering a holistic and inclusive approach to caregiving.
