Trainer's Bio
Sudhir Panda is an analytics, AI, and higher education professional with over 25 years of experience across banking, fintech, business intelligence, data analytics, market research, cybersecurity, and adult education. He is a WSQ ACLP 2.0 (AITP) qualified Adult Educator, trained in competency-based and learner-centric programme delivery aligned with Singapore’s adult learning framework. He is seeking Adjunct Lecturer, Visiting Faculty, Corporate Trainer, Facilitator, or Instructor roles.
He holds a Master of IT in Business (Analytics) from Singapore Management University, a Master of Science in Internet Systems (Information Security) from Pace University, a Master of Technology in Information Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. He has also completed executive programmes from MIT, Harvard Business School, and IIM Bangalore.
His 25-year industry career includes over 12 years in digital banking analytics with Standard Chartered Bank and DBS Bank, where he led customer analytics, dashboard automation, digital transformation, business intelligence, and data-driven decision-making initiatives. Earlier roles with Nokia, AOL, Accenture, Dell, and HP provided expertise in digital marketing analytics, web analytics, reporting automation, and market research.
Since 2024, he has delivered university, corporate, and SkillsFuture programmes through NTUC LearningHub, Lithan Academy, Kaplan, Simplilearn, ST Engineering, Xaltius Academy, Aventis Learning, CoachTree.SG, and East Asia Institute of Management. He has taught students from universities including Portsmouth, Wolverhampton, Birmingham City, Murdoch, Purdue, and Chichester. His teaching areas include Python, Data Science, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, Power BI, SQL, Cybersecurity, Blockchain, and Cryptography. Learners value his patient, practical, and hands-on teaching approach, with real-world examples connecting technology concepts to industry applications.
