Sarav is an AI facilitator and practitioner with over 20 years of enterprise experience across Standard Chartered Bank, ANZ Bank, and UOB, spanning digital transformation, project management, product ownership, data analytics, and regulatory reporting. He specialises in Generative and Agentic AI, helping working professionals translate AI capability into practical, immediately applicable workflows, rather than theoretical familiarity with tools.
Sarav has independently designed and deployed a range of AI systems, including an autonomous AI agent integrating n8n, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and Bright Data for real-time web intelligence via Telegram, a fully autonomous daily intelligence brief pipeline built on Manus AI, and end-to-end Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) chatbots using Pinecone and OpenAI embeddings. He has also applied enterprise AI platforms, including Microsoft Copilot and Azure-based tools, within regulated banking environment.
He holds the WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance 2.0 (ACLP 2.0), anchoring his facilitation in structured adult learning design rather than improvised delivery. His teaching philosophy centres on bridging deep enterprise business and technology experience with hands-on AI practitioner skill, bringing real workplace context into every session so learning is not just understood, but immediately applied. He also holds the PMP®, CSM®, and CSPO® certifications and an MBA from the University of Strathclyde, UK.
