Trainer's Bio
CEO & Founder, Think Quick Pte Ltd | Adjunct Professor, ESSEC Asia-Pacific | Senior Board Advisor, Treknology
Mohan Mirwani is a Singapore-based innovation strategist, systems thinker, and executive educator with over four decades of leadership experience spanning government, technology, operations, and corporate training. He is the CEO and Founder of Think Quick Pte Ltd (iThinkQ), a consultancy and training firm helping organisations harness Lean, Design Thinking, Systems Thinking, and Agile methodologies to drive innovation and business transformation.
Mohan’s career reflects a rare combination of technology policy leadership, entrepreneurial practice, and academic depth. He began his professional journey in pioneering roles at the National Computer Board of Singapore, where as Director of the National Information Infrastructure (IT2000 initiative), he championed national IT standards and co-led the development of Singapore’s island-wide broadband network for R&D, education, and commerce. This was followed by a distinguished diplomatic posting as Commercial Counsellor and Regional Director for India with the Singapore Trade Development Board (now Enterprise Singapore), where he forged strategic trade, investment, and joint venture agreements between Singapore and Indian companies in the ICT sector.
Subsequently, Mohan held senior leadership positions across Asia, as Managing Director of Silk Route Ventures, Director of International Operations at IMDA (covering San Francisco, Bangalore, Shanghai, and the Middle East), and as Chief Operating Officer of Treknology Bikes 3, where he scaled the company’s retail and distribution operations across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka. At Treknology, he implemented the region’s first real-time point-of-sale system using NetSuite across multiple retail locations, an experience that now anchors much of his teaching on systems thinking and innovation in practice.
Since founding Think Quick in 2019, Mohan has worked as a trainer, facilitator, coach, and mentor to corporate clients and leaders seeking to build innovation capability. His proprietary frameworks, the BSIP Model (Boundaries, Systems, Interconnections, Perspectives) and the Continuous Innovation Framework (CIF), integrate Design Thinking, Systems Thinking, and Lean Startup into a cohesive methodology for solving complex organisational challenges. He has delivered programmes for clients including IRAS, Singapore Power, CPF Board, DKSH, SingLife, and the Human Capital Leadership Institute (HCLI).
In his academic role as Adjunct Professor at ESSEC Asia-Pacific Business School, Mohan taught Innovation in a Service Economy and Entrepreneurship & Innovation Management at the Master’s level, and has facilitated experiential startup journeys for over 450 BBA students. He also holds an adjunct position at SIM Global Education, teaching design thinking and systems thinking. He is a certified Lean Stack practitioner and an annual faculty contributor at HCLI’s ASEAN Business Leaders Program, Technology Leaders Program, and Systems Leadership in a Complex World.
