Trainer's Bio
Justin Chan is a Chartered Actuary working in the area of Data Science and AI within insurance for more than two decades of experience. He manages a broad scope of work involving project management and hands-on technical aspects of risk analytics and digital transformation across multiple functions within various insurers in Singapore, the UK and the APAC region. These support decision-making for marketing campaigns, operations (eg. propensity-to-buy, customer churn, insurance claims straight-through-processing) and optimisations in onboarding customers (eg. predictive underwriting) and risk pricing. He is also an ICF-certified coach and adult educator.
