Trainer's Bio
Jason Wong is a Creative Director, trainer, and media professional with 24 years of experience in media and film. He began his career as a Production Assistant and worked his way through the industry to become a Creative Director, a role he has held for the past six years. This journey has given him a practical understanding of the full production workflow, from developing an initial concept to delivering the finished work.
He runs Omnicron Films and The Future Academy, providing media production, training and consulting services. His work brings together creative direction, visual storytelling and brand communication, supported by a Diploma in Graphic Design and a Master’s in Digital Marketing.
For the past five years, he has trained adult learners and corporate teams in media and generative AI. He draws on his production experience to connect learning with real workplace applications, helping participants understand how creative processes and digital tools can support their work. He also holds certifications in Agile Coaching, Design Thinking and the Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP).
He is now expanding his practice into personalised one-to-one coaching in brand, media and GenAI. He aims to help individuals build confidence, strengthen their communication and apply creative tools to their own goals.
He brings an approachable style, curiosity and a practitioner’s perspective to his training. Outside work, his passion for photography and video continues through documenting his travels, food adventures, and experiences that keep him exploring new perspectives and ways to tell stories.
