Trainer's Bio
Andrew Tan is an ACLP-certified AI trainer, instructional designer, and software developer based in Singapore who bridges the gap between deep technical practice and engaging adult pedagogy. Rather than delivering generic tool tours, Andrew builds and teaches AI. He actively designs and implements agentic AI workflows and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for enterprise clients, and is the founder of OMMU (ommu.ai), an AI-driven operational platform for the F&B industry.
Translating this real-world development experience into the classroom, Andrew has authored six proprietary, ground-up AI programmes spanning generative AI, agentic RAG workflows, workflow automation, and a commercial creative-media vertical. He currently trains for numerous leading Singapore Approved Training Organisations (ATOs) and private academies, delivering over 24 hours of intensive instruction weekly. Known for a high-empathy teaching approach designed for diverse, mixed-ability cohorts, Andrew ensures learners leave with practical skills, deployed automation, and finished creative artifacts.
