– Plan and execute marketing campaign, including paid digital advertising channels such as Facebook, Instagram, search , display, etc.
– Keyword research, develop ad copies and conduct a/b test to constantly optimise campaigns and improve marketing spend efficiency
– Take ownership of key digital marketing channels
– Copy write of luxury properties descriptions
– Create EDM template , and handles regular email updates to database
– Manage performance marketing channels such as Facebook, Adwords, Instagram and property portals.
– In charge of the following: budget, report, track, and make recommendations on campaign spending in order to track the business’ needs
– Work closely with branding manager who will delivery branding contents to be pushed efficiently
– Track and report performance to support your recommendations on budget optimisation , and to achieve targeted KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field (digital marketing) is required for this position.

  • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Digital Marketing or equivalent.

Job Description:

If you live and breathe digital marketing and understand the principles of public relations, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Manager, Digital Publicity & Engagement to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns for multiple products.

You will also need to help build in-house capabilities for digital marketing, mainly by being the internal educator as well as facilitating the transfer of knowledge from external parties.

You should have a strong grasp of current digital marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. There will be some transmedia work as well. You will work with the content leads, marketing team, supporting teams (such as programmers), and vendors to launch campaigns that meet the KPIs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing and transmedia work, including SEO/SEM, digital marketing database, email, social media and digital advertising campaigns
• Work with the content leads to design, build and maintain our social media presence
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize user experience for digital marketing and transmedia campaigns
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners, as well as various in-house teams.
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Requirements:

• The requisite training and demonstrable experience in digital marketing or a related field
• Proven work experience in digital marketing and public relations
• Highly creative and with experience in identifying target audiences and devising/creating digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
• Solid knowledge of website analytics and digital ad serving tools, as well as a familiarity with digital media consumption habits on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Experience in digital content marketing is a bonus
