The circles
One community, six rooms to belong in
Every member receives Equinet Announcements, the general channel. From there, you are placed in the rooms that fit what you build, hire, teach, or seek: the Alumni Circle is for people who trained with Equinet, and most members belong to more than one room.
Alumni Circle
The alumni home: people who trained with Equinet, across every cohort and course, talking shop, sharing wins and helping each other out. House rituals keep it alive; three rules keep it valuable.
Talent Hub
Curated drops of roles and gigs, career clinics, mentoring sessions, and programme previews across five career transition tracks.
Employers Hub
Post roles to a pool of trained, work-ready digital talent. You deal directly with candidates. No agency fees, no middlemen, no placement charges.
Owners Table
A private table for owners building towards their first million: peer advisory, playbooks that worked, owner AMAs and member dinners.
Learning Space
The classroom that never closes: learning drops, masterclasses, skills challenges, and post-training clinics for every course vertical.
Trainer’s Group
The staff room behind the Learning Space: rotation, teaching craft, and the stage for masterclasses, workshops and the annual awards.

How it works
Apply once, get placed well
Step 1
Apply
One form, about three minutes. Tell us what you build, hire, teach or seek, and tick the circles that interest you. A member referral speeds things up, but you do not need one.
Step 2
Get placed
The community team reviews every application personally and places you in the rooms where you will get the most value: alumni are verified for the Alumni Circle, and everyone receives Announcements, with a personal welcome when you join.
Step 3
Get value
Community events, curated opportunities, real introductions, and first access to Equinet research and programmes. Give first: it is the house rule everything else runs on.
Good to know
Questions, answered
Membership is currently free; the Growth Circle collects no membership fees. The community exists to help members grow, and to introduce Equinet’s programmes and courses to the people they can help; some hands-on workshops are ticketed, and that is always stated up front.
No. A member referral speeds up review, and alumni are recognised, but applications are open to anyone in Singapore’s digital economy. Every application is judged on its own merits.
Everyone receives Equinet Announcements, the general channel. The community team then places you by what you told us: seekers in the Talent Hub, hirers in the Employers Hub, owners at the Owners Table, learners and guests in the Learning Space, and verified Equinet alumni in the Alumni Circle. Many members belong to several.
