AI can support parts of UX research and early design work, such as sorting research notes, grouping user observations, summarising recurring themes and exploring initial design ideas. In this two-hour introductory session, participants will work with a supplied UX scenario and user observations to see how AI can assist with research synthesis and early exploration, while checking for unsupported assumptions, missing evidence and generic recommendations. The session also looks at where human judgement, user validation and usability testing still need to guide UX decisions.
