ASK Equinet Collaboration – FAQs
On 1 May 2023, ASK Training PTE LTD and Equinet Academy Private Limited officially went through a merger and acquisition with ASK Training PTE LTD as the parent company and Equinet Academy Private Limited as its subsidiary.
The following are common questions asked by trainees of the Digital Marketing Full Qualification Programmes.
Are the Digital Marketing courses offered by ASK and Equinet the same?
Who is the certifying body?
For Digital Marketing full qualification programmes such as the Advanced Certificate and Diploma programmes, ASK Training is the certifying body.
For digital marketing individual modular courses such as the Social Media Marketing course, Equinet Academy is the certifying body.
Example scenario: If you signed up for the Diploma full qualification programme, your Diploma will be issued by ASK Training. If you only signed up for a singular Social Media Marketing course module, your certificate of achievement will be issued by Equinet Academy.
Are the trainers, mentors, and subject matter experts from ASK or Equinet?
The trainers, mentors, and subject matter experts are from the Equinet Academy curriculum, courseware developer and trainer faculty.
Who will be responsible for billing me?
You will receive billing instructions from ASK to ASK Training PTE LTD for full qualification programmes.
Where do I submit my SkillsFuture funding/claims?
You will be submitting your SkillsFuture funding and claims applications to ASK Training PTE LTD
Where will I be attending the programmes? I.e. Where is the training location?
You will be notified of the training venue in your course confirmation email. The programmes may be held at one of three locations, all of which are close to the MRT:
- International Plaza (Tanjong Pagar)
- The JTC Summit (Jurong East)
- Mountbatten Square (Mountbatten)
